Work Experience 1/17 – Present
Intel: Leader of the UEFI Firmware Engineering team for the Xeon-Phi product family. Responsible for organizing team’s resources, communicating development schedules and delivering BIOS Reference Code.
1/15 – Present
Intel: As a BIOS Engineer on the HPC server segment, I develop and support platform UEFI BIOS, owning responsibilities for maintaining the on-package memory subsystem. I work closely with the Intel silicon design and validation teams; debugging, maintaining existing code, as well as implementing new features.

Volabit (formerly Coincove): I co-founded and lead the technical development of the start-up, during it’s acceleration at Boost.vc. Designed and implemented the core services, setup and maintained the server infrastructure.

Participated on the Google/MIT Global Start-up Mexico Summer 2013 program. Undergraduate Research at Instituto de Investigaciones en Matemáticas Aplicadas y en Sistemas (IIMAS, Mexico) Collaboration with the Bioinformatics team, developing and optimizing a sequence alignment and clustering framework. Gave a seminar on GPGPU programming using CUDA; Introduction to the programming model, toolchain and debugging methods available on massively parallel architectures. Research on developing and optimizing a GPGPU implementation of genetic algorithms, particle swarm optimization and differential evolution. B.Sc Thesis research on Parallelization of Bio-inspired Metaheuristics, under the advisorship of Katya Rodríguez Vázquez.
