Event ประมาณการ 3Q60 lmpact คาดว่ากาไรจะเพิม่ ขึน้ YoY แต่ ลดลง QoQ เราคาดว่ากาไรสุ ทธิ ของ ROBINS ใน 3Q60 จะอยูท่ ี่ 588 ล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้น 15% YoY แต่ลดลง 2% QoQ ซึ่ งกาไรที่เพิม่ ขึ้น YoY จะมาจากการเปิ ดสองห้างใหม่ในรอบ 12 เดือนที่ผา่ นมา GPM ที่เพิม่ ขึ้นเล็กน้อย (+20bps) และรายได้ค่าเช่าที่เพิ่มขึ้น (+12% YoY) แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม เมื่อเทียบ QoQ แล้ว เราคาดว่า GPM ที่ลดลง (-40bps) จากการจัดโปรโมชัน่ และต้นทุนค่าไฟที่แพงขึ้นจะฉุ ดให้กาไรสุ ทธิ ลดลง QoQ SSSG จะดีขนึ้ ในไตรมาสนี้ เราคาดว่ารายได้จะอยูท่ ี่ 6.1 พันล้านบาท (-1.9% YoY, +1.6% QoQ) โดยคาดว่า SSSG จะอยูท่ ี่ประมาณ -2.0% ซึ่ งดีข้ ึนจาก -4.7% ใน 2Q60 เราเชื่ อว่าการบริ โภคในประเทศที่ฟ้ื นตัวขึ้น และการจัดโปรโมชัน่ จะ ช่วยหนุนให้ SSSG ดีข้ ึน ผลการดาเนินงานแข็งแกร่ งจากรายได้ ค่าเช่ าพืน้ ที่ เราคาดว่ารายได้จากค่าเช่าพื้นที่จะอยูท่ ี่ 820 ล้านบาท (+11% YoY, ทรงตัว QoQ) โดยรายได้จากค่าเช่าที่ เพิ่มขึ้น YoY จะมาจากการเพิ่มขึ้นของทั้งพื้นที่เช่า และอัตราค่าเช่า คาดว่าผลประกอบการในระยะต่ อไปจะออกมาน่ าประทับใจ เราเชื่ อว่าผลประกอบการของ ROBINS ใน 4Q60 จะออกมาดีข้ ึน เนื่องจาก SSSG พลิกกลับมาเป็ นบวก เป็ นช่วง high season และยังอาจจะมีการออกมาตรการกระตุน้ จากภาครัฐอีก นอกจากนี้ การบริ โภคที่ แข็งแกร่ งก็จะช่วยหนุนให้ SSSG เพิ่มขึ้น ในขณะที่รายได้จากห้างใหม่ และห้างที่ปรับปรุ งแล้วในปี 2561 จะช่วยหนุนให้กาไรโตได้ถึง 15% Valuation & Action ถึงแม้เราจะมองว่ามูลค่าหุ ้นในระยะยาวปี FY61 ที่ 70.00 บาท ซึ่งเหลือ upside อีกไม่มาก (ราคาเป้ าหมาย เราอิง 12 เดือนข้างหน้าจนถึง 1H61 ที่ 67.00 บาท) แต่เราเชื่ อว่าราคาหุ้นอาจจะ overshoot ได้ในระยะสั้น จากปัจจัยบวกหลายตัว ทั้ง SSSG ที่เพิ่มขึ้น กาไรที่เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างน่าสนใจใน 4Q60 และ FY61 โมเมนตั้ม การฟื้ นตัวของเศรษฐกิจ และมาตรการกระตุน้ ของรัฐบาล ซึ่ งเรามองว่าเป็ นโอกาสสาหรับนักลงทุนที่จะ เข้าเก็งกาไรในระยะสั้น แต่สาหรับนักลงทุนระยะยาว เราแนะนาให้เลือกหุ้น laggard อย่าง C.P.
