Event ประมาณการ 4Q60 lmpact คาดว่ากาไรจะลดลง YoY แต่ เพิม่ ขึน้ QoQ เราคาดว่ากาไรสุ ทธิ ของ ROBINS ใน 4Q60 จะอยูท่ ี่ 846 ล้านบาท (-16.2% YoY, +38.5% QoQ) โดยเรา ประเมินว่า SSSG ใน 4Q60 จะยังติดลบอยูท่ ี่ -2.0% จากฐานที่สูงเนื่ องจากมีการจับจ่ายซื้ อเสื้ อผ้าชุดดา ในช่วงไว้ทุกข์ในปี ที่แล้ว (SSSG ใน 4Q16 อยูท่ ี่ -2.2%, SSSG ใน 3Q60 อยูท่ ี่ -0.1%และคาดว่า SSSG ในปี 2560 จะอยูท่ ี่ประมาณ -2.0%) นอกจากนี้ ใน 4Q60 บริ ษทั ยังได้เปิ ดห้างใหม่อีกสองสาขา ได้แก่ ห้างสรรพสิ นค้าโรบินสันมหาชัย และโรบินสัน ไลฟ์ สไตล์ กาแพงเพชร ดังนั้น เราจึงคาดว่ารายได้ใน 4Q60 จะเพิ่มขึ้น 6.8% YoY และ 22.8% QoQ เป็ น 7.8 พันล้านบาท เราคาดว่าGPM จะอยูท่ ี่ 25.0% ลดลง 10bps จาก 25.1% ใน 4Q59 แต่เพิ่มขึ้นถึง 80bps จาก 24.2% ใน 3Q60 ทั้งนี้ ช่วงเปลี่ยนผ่านสิ นค้ายังคง เป็ นปัจจัยที่กดดัน GPM และเราคาดว่าจะส่ งผลกระทบกับ GPM ในปี 2561 ด้วย เนื่องจากยังเหลือสิ นค้า ในสต็อกเก่าที่ตอ้ งเคลียร์ อีกประมาณ 20% ซึ่งอาจจะโละได้หมดภายใน 1H61 เราไม่คิดว่าใน 4Q60 จะมี ค่าใช้จ่ายพิเศษอะไร ดังนั้นจึงคาดว่าสัดส่วน SG&A ต่อยอดขายน่ าจะอยูท่ ี่ 29.0% เพิ่มขึ้นเล็กน้อยจาก 28.0% ใน 4Q59 เนื่ องจากมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มขึ้นจากการขยายสาขา และการพัฒนา private brand แต่ลดลง จาก 30.8% ใน 3Q60 เนื่ องจากบริ หารจัดการต้นทุนได้มีประสิ ทธิ ภาพมากขึ้น รายได้จากค่าเช่ ายังคงแข็งแกร่ ง เราคาดว่ารายได้จากค่าเช่าจะอยูท่ ี่ 922 ล้านบาท (+21.2% YoY, +6.5% QoQ) โดยคาดว่าพื้นที่ปล่อยเช่า จะเพิ่มขึ้นเป็ น 403,000 ตรม. ใน 4Q60 จาก 370,000 ตรม. ใน 4Q59 (+9%) และ 387,000 ตรม. ใน 3Q60 (+4%) ไม่เพียงแค่พ้นื ที่เพิ่มเท่านั้น แต่การปรับขึ้นค่าเช่าก็จะช่วยหนุนการเติบโตของรายได้ส่วนนี้ ด้วย ปี แห่ งการพลิกฟื้ นธุรกิจ ถึงแม้วา่ กาไรของ ROBINS ใน FY60 จะอยูท่ ี่ 2.8 พันล้านบาท ลดลง 1.7% YoY (ต่ากว่าประมาณการ เดิมของเรา 6.2%) แต่เราคาดว่าการบริ โภคที่แข็งแกร่ ง, การเปิ ดสาขาใหม่ และการสิ้ นสุ ดช่วงเปลี่ยนผ่าน สิ นค้าในปี นี้ จะทาให้กาไรมีความน่าสนใจมากขึ้น โดยเราประเมินว่ากาไรในปี FY61 จะโตถึง 22.9% เป็ น3.4 พันล้านบาท จากการที่ SSSG พลิกมาเป็ นบวกที่ +4.0%, มีการเปิ ดห้างโรบินสันไลฟ์ สไตล์เพิ่ม อีก 2 แห่ง, GPM เพิ่มขึ้นเป็ น 25.0% และพื้นที่ปล่อยเช่าเพิ่มขึ้นเป็ น 420,000 ตรม. (+4%) Valuation & Action เรายังคงราคาเป้ าหมาย DCF ปี 2561 เอาไว้ที่ 85.00 บาทนอกจากจะยังเหลือ upside ถึงราคาเป้ าหมาย ของเราอีกถึง 14% แล้ว หุ้น ROBINS ยังซื้อขายอยูท่ ี่ระดับ PER18 แค่24.3x ซึ่งต่ากว่าค่าเฉลี่ยของกลุ่มที่ 31.3x และคิดเป็ น PEG ที่ 1.3x ต่ากว่าค่าเฉลี่ยของกลุ่มที่ 2.0x ดังนั้น เราจึงยังคงคาแนะนาซื้ อ Risks เศรษฐกิจฟื้ นตัวช้ากว่าที่คาด Key financials and valuations
