RIDERS PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT

A. ADMINISTRATION Honorarium for one-time musical performance artist with a duration of at least 45 minutes is IDR ( ) net. Letter of Cooperation Agreement may be made by the organizers as the (first party) under the technical guidance that you read this, are made by consensus points agreed upon by the organizer and the WALI as (second party). Cooperation agreements can be made by the organizers on plain paper without letterhead. payment terms. Terms Of Payment For staging a show is as follows: 1st Terms of Payment This is a sign of ordering the payment date on which the organizer has the right to the Booking fee 30% desired date and valid only 7 (seven) days of receipt. Cancellations must be notified 20 (twenty) days prior to implementation by the organizers, with the result that the organizers have to pay the full down payment (50%) of the fee agreement must be accepted, and the cancellation less than 20 (twenty) days prior to day operation resulted in organizers must pay in full accordance with the signed contract. C. FOOD AND BEVERAGES For Foreign Affairs: • Consumption is borne by the organizers during the activity (from arrival to departure) at least 3 (three) times a day, for a contract in progress. Plus 1 (one) time to eat for all the party after the show finished and also soft drinks and snacks at the hotel where the group WALI stay. • And the organizers have to provide an allowance of 30 US$/members of the group/day (20 people) during the time counted from the day of arrival until the return of the group • The committee provides HAND PHONE SIM CARD that has been activated, a total of 20 (twenty) of fruit for the entire team entourage WALI, which must be given at the time of pickup at the Airport. Tour: • Provides Money Laundry 20 US$/event for the group of 20 (twenty) persons in the group members WALI • Provides a medical team during the trip and the medicine cabinet for WALI groups. The event organizer should provide the drinks are as follows: • Provides mineral water (bottled) 2 box / day for 20 people (1 in hotel rooms and one on stage) • Refreshing drinks (bottled water OXYGEN "No Cold" and POCARI SWEAT) 20 pieces / day • Provides a cooler box filled with ice cubes to the stage when Sound Check and Show time. For the Purposes

According to the letter agreement, WALI show ended not more than 24.00 (for evening performances) or 18.00 (for performances in the morning/noon) local time with a duration of 1 (one) hour. Please note this when creating the schedule/order of events show Scheduling must be confirmed by the Road Manager WALI both parties upon signing the contract. Increase the arrangement of the schedule of events for distribution to members of WALI while arrived in the city. 1 Week before the event calendar of events must be received by the management WALI.

Sound check at least a minimum of 8 hours before the appearance of WALI. WALI Crew picked up by +/- 30 minutes in advance by the LO + security before the sound check begins, and the arrival of WALI for the sound check will be coordinated directly by the Road Manager WALI who have been in venue. The time required for the sound check is 3 hours with the condition of the entire sound system equipment in accordance with technical riders have been installed and ready for use. Readiness stage will be confirmed by the Road Manager WALI and if not in accordance with the desired conditions, the organizers coordinated with the WALI and find the best way out for the event. The state of the stage during soundcheck and the venue is a clear condition of the area. Audience and those who are not directly related to activities not permitted to watch the sound check. At the sound check is provided in the form of snack consumption (snacks) mineral drinks and beverages If sound check has been completed, the entire channel at FOH mixer and the monitor is not allowed to be changed and the channel is not allowed to be used by another viewer. ATTENTION: • Channel on the mixer F.O.H. and the Monitor has been provided specifically for the WALI and the organizers cannot be used by another viewer. • Conditions of the stage and sound system will be confirmed by the Stage / Road Manager for relating to the quality and safety performance artist. • Organizers are hereby requested to provide 1 (one) of the sound engineer who specializes in system monitor sound monitoring purposes / WALI monitoring stage for organizing the event (sound check and show time). • Sound engineer is subject to the setting and monitoring procedures for WALI’s sound and SOUND ENGINEER FOH WALI during the event.
