1. This is to inform the field that there will be a Division Capacity Building Seminar For School Heads, Adopt-A-School Coordinators, And Supply Officers/ School Property Custodians on October 23, 2015 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at Dasmarinas National High School Library. 2. The seminar is an echo session of the National Capacity Building Seminar-Workshop for AdoptA-School Regional and Division Coordinators and Supply Officers held on August 25-27 at Hotel St. Ellis, Legazpi City. 3. The seminar aims to: a. Orient the school ASP coordinators on their roles and responsibilities, and equip them with knowledge and skills necessary in project preparation, implementation, and monitoring; b. Strengthen coordination among school heads, ASP coordinators and supply officers/ school property custodian to ensure proper recording of donations delivered to schools; and c. Discuss salient features of revenue regulations on the implementation of tax incentive provisions of the ASP Act of 1998 and resolve issues and concerns arising from the requirements for application on the tax incentive entitlement of donors. 4. Participants are all public elementary and secondary School Principals, ASP Coordinators, and Supply Officers/ School Property Custodians. 5. There is NO registration fee for the seminar. Participants will be served food charged to the Division MOOE. Travel expenses of participants shall be charged to local school fund subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 6. Enclosed with this Memorandum are the Committees and Program Schedule. 7. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.

Training Description
The Division Capacity Building Seminar For School Heads, Adopt-A-School Coordinators And Supply Officers is a whole-day training that serves as an echo session of the National Capacity Building Seminar-Workshop for Regional and Division ASP Coordinators and Supply Officers held on August 25-17, 2015 at Hotel St. Ellis, Legazpi City.
Duration
The seminar will be held on October 23 (Friday) at Dasmarinas National High School Library.
Management Level of
The seminar will be division-based and will involve the School
Training
Governance and Operations Division (SGOD), official delegates to the national capacity building seminar, and the person-in-charge of Adopt-ASchool Program.
Delivery Mode
The seminar will follow a face-to-face approach in the delivery of topics.
Target Personnel
The target particpants of the seminar are all school heads, Adopt-ASchool coordinators, and supply officers/ school property custodians from 11 public secondary and 28 public elementary schools in the Division.
Budget Requirements
Budget request covers the food of seminar trainers and 117 participants estimated at P160 per person.
Objectives
The seminar aims to: •
