Good specification. Some of the new specifications will require a bit more discussion to clarify. To this end. I will compile your specifications into a document with clear acceptance criteria for you to review. Additionally, I will scope effort for each specification. Obviously, we now want to be extremely precise about what is expected and when. If we want to meet an end of June deadline, we do need to get started as soon as possible. To start, we need payment of outstanding invoices and a new contract that takes us to end of June.
