PARTICIPATION

: 6 countries / 8 Youths and 1 Group Leader from each country. Youths who are between 17-25 years old and no age limit for group leaders. When you select participants please pay attention to the gender balance. (4 girls and 4 boys and a leader)

PROJECT SUMMARY Maintaining the balance of the common sharing of the world, leaving a legacy to future generations is one of the most important factors for the future of humanity. Therefore everyone in the world should be aware of the environment and the balance of nature must feel responsible. The same language on the environment, particularly young people and everyone should share their thoughts. Share on a remote tolerance of these common language and ideas with Europe's many diverse cultures to have young people brought together with one master en-axis environmental education and cultural similarities and differences of bias, we aim to provide educational messages about the environment. It will be 10 days of seminars, visits, workshops, intercultural nights, camping on the mountain(2 nights), free day, city tour. ACCOMODATION: Participants will stay in the student hostel. Project will cover breakfast, lunch and dinner. PREPARATION: Please take some materials to introduce your country and organization for NGO Fair Activity and special things for your countries, flag, traditional costumes alcohols, food taste etc. for intercultural night. TRAVEL INFORMATION: The closest and most proper Airport is “Adana Airport”to ULUKISLA; You can search the Airport as “ ADANA (ADA) “. There is a few shuttles for transfer you to Ulukisla,Nigde. The distance between ADANA-ULUKISLA is about 130 km, and has a highway/expressway. Travel takes 1 - 1,5 hours via shuttles. Shuttle prices is about 20 euro for one way per passenger. We will meet you at the airport, also we planned to loan a private minibus for transportation as an alternative way. INSURANCE: Health/Life/Travel Insurance Is OBLIGATORY And Your RESPONSIBILITY!!! During the project we will help for taking you to the hospital , also doctors and board of “ULUKISLA STATE HOSPITAL” will be informed for helping to our participants.

FOR REIMBURSEMENTS: We need original documents below; •E-tickets •Invoices •Boarding Passes both way (If you have transfer flight we need all of it) •Bus, Train Tickets •Passport Copies •Signature List (We will give you list during the project) •Original Mandate form (with signed and stamped).

To keep the documents is the responsibility of the participants!
