[email protected] Rental Information Facility Rental: (prices include tables, chairs & audio visual equipment) Friday, Saturday (A.M. & P.M.) 6 hour event (including set-up and break-down) $1,800.00 Monday - Thursday (Evenings) 6 hour event (including set-up and break-down) $1,200.00 Sunday - Thursday (Day) 6 hour event (including set-up and break-down) $1,000.00 Additional hours may be purchased for $200.00 per hour Luncheons & Corporate groups - Please contact our Events Coordinator for custom quote.
Hours: Day: 9:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. Evenings: 5:00 P.M. - 1:45 A.M.
Deposits & Fees Rental Deposit: 5500.00 non-refundable check or money order at time of booking. This payment serves to hold venue for specified date of event. Damage Deposit: $1,000.00 (to be paid by separate check or money order), returnable to the Client up to 2 weeks after the event has been held once property has been inspected for any potential damage from special event.
Extra Charges: Cleaning Fee: $150.00 per event (mandatory for all events) Security Service: $50.00 per hour Additional hours: $200.00 per hour
Payment: Remainder of entire rental fee, accompanied by signed contract is required 30 days prior to event.
Cancellations: Any cancellations must be made, in writing, 30 days prior to function in order to receive a refund of any payments made toward event. Initial deposit is non-refundable. No refunds given for any cancellations made less than 30 days prior to event.
Bar: In compliance with state alcohol and beverage control board, all alcohol service must be designated by Level 1 Events. No alcohol may be brought on premise or served by anyone other than a Level 1 designated service. All bars will be closed half an hour prior to the end of the event. Please consult with Casual Class Catering regarding bar charges.
Food/Beverage Service: All catering/beverage service must be approved by Level 1 Events Facility Representative at least two weeks prior to function The caterer will bill client separately from the Level 1 Events and is required to do the following: • Provide Level 1 facility representative with the menu for the event, as well as how the food will be transported to the rental facility. (This must be received no later than 2 weeks out from the event so that it may be reviewed/approved). •
Provide all necessary and relevant service equipment, including but not limited to carts, serving dishes, utensils, cups/glasses, plates, napkins, cleaning rags, cleaning products, etc.

Bring appropriate tools to scoop ice.

Take care of the facility, and return the facility to same condition as when received.

Help remove trash from tables. Place trash from the service areas (pantries/bar area) in the provided trash receptacles or in another designated area as directed by the Facility Rep.

Remove any remaining perishable items from facility prior to departure.
•
Clean all service areas used prior to leaving the facility, including but not limited to the pantries and bar areas. Remove all non-perishable materials that were brought in (linens, vases, pitchers, etc.) immediately after the event (Level 1 Events is not responsible for items left behind).

* If the caterer will be only delivering the food and not staying to service, client must either (1) require that they present their offerings and service-ware according to their specifications prior to departure, or (2) client must make arrangements for someone else to do so. Client must also arrange for someone to remove/dispose of the catering items after the event. Your Facility Rep is not responsible for setting up or cleaning up food deliveries.
Additional: Any additional items required for event will be passed on to client for nominal fee and must be approved by a Level 1 Events Facility Rep.
Entertainment: Bands & D.J.’s are permitted but must be approved by Event Coordinator. All events must be over no later than 1:30 A.M. No events are allowed to charge a "cover charge” at the door due to Tuscaloosa City ordinances.
Security: The need for security will be assessed per event. Any additional charge for security will be passed on to client. Level 1 Events reserves to the right to require security personnel it deems appropriate and necessary.
Decorations: All decorations are the responsibility of the client but must be approved by Level 1 Events Coordinator. Decorations may not be stapled, taped or nailed to any part of the building. NO TAPE is allowed on any painted surface.
