***** All the District Educational Officers, the Project Officers of RVM (SSA) and the Principals of DIETs in the State are informed that it is planned to organize the Cluster Resource Centre Meeting for the month of September 2012 to the primary teachers for 2days i.e., 28.09.2012 and 29.09.2012 morning session will be conducted through Teleconference Mode from 10.00 A.M to 01.00 P.M. Afternoon session will be handled by the School Complex H.M as per agenda (Detail time table is enclosed). The State Project Director, RVM (SSA), A. P., Hyderabad, an eminent speaker Sri. C. V Sarveshwara Sarma, Retd. Reader in Physical Science, East Godavari district is pleased to address the participants as the days of the telecast from 10.00 A.M to 01.00 P.M. Therefore, the DEOs and the P.Os of RVM (SSA) are requested to depute half of the Primary Level Teachers to the school complexes concerned on 28.09.2012 and the other half of the teachers have to be deputed to the school complexes on 29.09.2012 to attend the teleconference as per the schedule. The District Educational Officers and the Project Officers of RVM (SSA) are informed to make necessary arrangements to make the Teleconference on the cluster level training a success. Further the P.Os of RVM (SSA) are requested to download the attached proforma fill the data after completion of the Teleconference and send through email by 1 st October, 2012 positively. This has got the approval of the State Project Director.
