Prayer and Praise The Commencement Service for seven graduates of the LB Seminary will be May 9th at Bethel Lutheran Church in Fergus Falls. Six will receive the Master of Divinity Degree and one, the Certificate of Theological Studies in Bible and Theology Degree. We are thankful for these graduates and pray for them as they continue their lives serving the Lord. Please continue to pray for Robyn King who is ill with high blood pressure which must be lowered if she is to have a surgery that she needs which will reduce her pain. Robyn would appreciate a call, Email, or a card from her friends at Grace. Pray for the Christians in Syria who have endured rockets hitting three churches and several apartment buildings. The Christian quarter of Aleppo has been attacked and many have been killed or injured. The Christians there are a minority, and they are in danger. Pray for the Nigerians girls who were kidnapped in April, 2014. Nigerian troops rescued 200 girls and 93 women this past week. Unfortunately, they were not the girls that we have been praying for. Nevertheless, it is wonderful that some were rescued. We need to continue to pray for those who have not been found. Please continue to pray for Dan and Mardelle Lida. Pray for relief from pain for Dan and for peace for both of them. Pray for their family as they care for them. Pray for Jane Marcus and for the Bishop family....all have been ill this week. Praise the Lindy Kraakmo will be graduating on May 15th and for Hiro Mizoe who will graduate May 9th, both from nursing school. Congratulations to both of them!
