Polygon Pictures and Partners Present ZIGURUHAZERU Toy Line and Animated Series Polygon Pictures ("PPI," President and CEO: Shuzo Shiota, Head Office: Tokyo, Japan) is proud to announce that we will be producing a short animation for the ZIGURUHAZERU series (Original concept: MegaHouse). This project is jointly funded by MegaHouse Corporation (President and CEO: Iwao Okuyama, Head Office: Tokyo, Japan), Animax Broadcast Japan Inc. (President and Representative Director: Masao Takiyama, Head Office: Tokyo, Japan), and Production Reed Co., Ltd. (Chairman: Toshihiko Sato, Head Office; Tokyo, Japan). The ZIGURUHAZERU animated series is based on the upcoming original toy line of the same name from MegaHouse, featuring cool robot toys modelled after characters from the famous Journey to the West tale. The series premieres on Animax on April 6. PPI is proud be a part of family-oriented projects like this one and help inspire the imaginations of a new generation of children.
About ZIGURUHAZERU ZIGURUHAZERU, from MegaHouse, is an original series of puzzle-like robot toys that can be disassembled and put back together again in a variety of combinations. Even better, parts from different toys can be combined to create the ultimate customized robot. The first instalment debuts Hazeru Gokuu, Hazeru Sagojo, and Hazeru Hakkai. Connect pieces from all three characters to build the mega puzzle robot Hazeru Seioh.
