PLANNED OUTAGE NOTIFICATION Informational Messages OUTAGE PURPOSE: To accommodate front end electrical equipment installation for the Cougar Substation Project. http://www.uh.edu/facilities-planning-construction/fpc-projects/spotlight/cougar-substation/

IMPACT MESSAGE: Brief interruptions to electrical services for approximately 50% of central campus. There will be two (2) separate interruptions. 1. Wednesday, February 8 2. Saturday, February 11 The interruptions will have durations from a few seconds up to 5 minutes. Please see the building impact list on the following pages for specific buildings that will be impacted and estimated duration outage times. Please make all necessary arrangements to protect interdepartmental equipment (computing, research, office, etc.). After the outage, facilities technicians will verify that the main building systems are operational – operation of interdepartmental equipment will need to be verified by the building occupants and users. Report any related facilities issues to the FIX-IT Customer Service Center. (www.uh.edu/fixit)
