This is the first issue of 2009, and it will be the last issue of Journal of Physics Students (JPS) at all. I am sorry to inform you that JPS will not publish any new issue after January 2009. This is a new decision and to keep the journal as a student journal it is necessary. Journal was a success as a student journal and it already completed its mission. It will be a predecessor for further open-access journals and further student journals. Archive of the JPS will be moved to Google's servers, and articles hoped to be reachable for at least 10 years. Thanks for choosing and supporting JPS, Dr. S. B. Lisesivdin JPS Editor [email protected] January 10th, 2009, Ankara.
