Feast on our wide range of exquisite Malaysian cuisine. Our favorite dishes are: Roti Canai - a Malaysian crispy Indian-style pancake appetizer served with curry chicken as dipping sauce. Even the best known Malay “Satay” - appetizer cubes of beef or chicken, marinated in authentic lemongrass wet rub and skewered on bamboo sticks, roasted over glowing charcoals and eaten with peanut dipping sauce - differs in flavor from state to state. The basic pattern in Malay cooking lies in the preparation of “wet” spices (lemongrass, shallots, ginger, garlic, fresh chilies and tumeric) as well as “dry” spices (colander, cumin, anise, cloves, cinnamon and cardamom). Malaysian curries are delicately flavored with various herbs and leaves such as lemongrass, galangal, fragrant lime, corlander and curry leaves. The mainstay of every meal is generous, steaming helping of rice, accompanied by a selection of dishes including, fish, vegetables, meat and sambai (shrimp paste)
