Background is a combination of civil/structural engineering and IT with more than ten years research experience in the area of concurrent engineering, integrated and collaborative computing in construction, integrated project databases, product modelling, Building Information Modelling, process modelling through involvement in both UK and EU funded research projects. Other areas of research interest include organisational e-readiness, delivering strategic business value from IS/IT, BIM & Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) integration, Virtual Prototyping for Off-Site Manufacturing.
