Revised - Proposed 2016 Improvements Total Estimated Cost $823,420.00 NOTE: This “Opinion of Estimated Construction Costs” is not a construction cost estimate. It is an estimate of probable costs made on the basis of our project team’s judgment as qualified professionals experienced with recreation development projects. Cost items and estimated quantities were determined from Park Master Plan Drawings developed for the City of Brookhaven, dated February 9, 2016. Unit costs were based on pricing from RSMeans, manufacturers, product suppliers and previous project experience. Since our project team has no control over the actual cost of contractor labor, materials, equipment, means and methods, or services furnished by others, or over the construction contractor’s methods of determining prices, or over competitive bidding or market conditions, our project team cannot and does not guarantee that proposals, bids, or actual construction cost will not vary from the prepared Opinion of Estimated Construction Costs within any specified accuracy range. Costs for design, permitting, and contract administration during construction are excluded.
*Murphey Candler Park- Supplemental funding sources (ex. Grant funds and donations) will be used to help fund this project.
*Brookhaven Park- This project will move forward once the City of Brookhaven purchases the property from Dekalb County.
