OUSD Parent Portal Data Confirmation Instructions 1. From the home page click on the Click Here link and it will take you to the online registration section.
2. You will now see the 5 steps that you need to complete. 3. On each tab, review the information and click the Change button to update any information. Then press the Confirm and Continue button.
4. On the “Contacts” tab, review each contact and click either the Add, Change, or Delete button to update the emergency contacts for your child. Please make sure you have created a contact for each parent/guardian and included each parent/guardian’s phone number and email address.
5. On the Documents tab, review and follow the instructions under each document. Once all instructions are complete, check the box next to each document to indicate completion. Then press the Confirm and Continue button.
6. On the Final Data Confirmation tab, review the instructions. Click the Finish and Submit button.
7. Click on the Print New Emergency Card button.
8. Review, print, complete, and sign your new emergency card. 9. Bring the signed emergency card along with all required documents from the Documents tab to your school’s registration event. Registration events for all OUSD schools can be found at http://www.ousd.k12.ca.us/backtoschool.
