Online OSU Application Process for Non-Degree Seeking Students This application process is for students who want to obtain an OSU minor or are Non-OSU Program majors that simply want to register for any OSU courses within the OSU Agriculture & Natural Resource Program @ EOU. 1. Go to the OSU Online Admissions Login page at: https://adminfo.ucsadm.oregonstate.edu/prod/bwskalog.P_DispLoginNon 2. Click on “First time users click here.” 3. Create a Login ID and a 6-digit PIN number. Enter them in the applicable boxes and select ‘Login’. 4. Scroll down and click on EOU/Agriculture located under OSU Main Campus – US Citizens/US Permanent Residents/Undocumented living in the US. (For current Eastern Oregon University students wishing to take courses offered through the OSU Agriculture and Natural Resource Sciences at EOU program without seeking a bachelor's degree from OSU.) 5. Complete remaining screens as instructed.  To pause and complete the application at a later date, click on the Finish Later button. (Remember your Login ID and Pin)  If you need assistance at any point, click on the HELP link near the top of the screen.  There is a one-time $30 non-refundable application fee collected once you submit your application. 6. When all sections of the application have been completed, click on Application is Complete. Once you submit your application, you will receive an email containing your OSU ID and other registration information.
