Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Kevin worked as an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in the firm’s Corporate Finance group. Prior to law school, he worked as a senior consultant at Capgemini, a management consulting corporation. Kevin focuses his practice on capital markets and other corporate transactions. He has experience representing public and private corporations, investment banks and private equity firms in domestic and cross-border transactions, including public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, exchange offers, tender offers, note redemptions, share repurchase programs, private placement offerings and other significant corporate transactions. Kevin also advises clients on corporate governance, SEC reporting obligations and general securities law matters. Kevin earned his juris doctor degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law in 2007 and his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley in 2000.
