[email protected]. CURRICULUM: Science: Our science textbook is divided into 4 units which are Life Science, Earth Science, Physical Science, and Space and Technology. Spelling: We will practice the spelling lists in print. Each Friday we will have a test.

Social Studies: This year we will cover the following units: Our Community, People in Communities, Where are Communities, History of Communities, Communities at Work, and Community Government. Language Arts: We will cover Sentences, Nouns and Verbs, Pronouns and Adjectives, Articles, Adverbs, Usage and Mechanics. Reading: Reading makes kids’ imagination grow and develop. Students will enrich their vocabulary, read fluently, and develop reading comprehension. We will have a test every Friday. Math: This year we will learn multiplication tables. I ask for parents’ cooperation on this area. We will also cover fractions, decimals, graphs, and many more.
