Click on the Link to Open the PAR Submission Module

To view the list of submitted PAR, Select Assessment Year and Click OK. Click New to submit a new PAR.
Select Assessment Year Click OK to view the list of submitted PAR. Click View link to preview the details of submitted PAR . Version1.0
On clicking New button, PAR submission form is displayed.
Enter the period in From and To Date fields for PAR to be submitted.
Click Next to continue.

Absentee Statement page is displayed as shown below. The user can view the existing absentee statement and also add new absentee.
Enter the data in Absentee Period by Clicking on AddNew button.

On clicking AddNew button the below page is displayed. Enter the absentee data as given below. And click on Save button to save absentee data.

Click on Next to get the Achievements page. Click on AddNew button to add Achievement details.

Enter the Achievement details and click Save button.

Other Details Tab Click on Next button in Achievement Tab. The Other Details form is displayed. Fill the data in the Other Details tab and Save the data

The list of PAR created is shown below. Click SUBMIT to submit the created PAR to reporting authority.

On clicking Submit link,
the authority interface is shown. The Search button is used to choose the authority. Enter the reporting, reviewing, accepting authority details and click Save. If more than one authority is there, Add button is used to add authority to submit PAR report for more than one authority

Click Save Button to submit the PAR to authority.
