1. Kathy Lessig, RDH Paige McEvoy, RDH, MS recused from participation of this application and departed the meeting room. A motion was made, seconded and carried to grant Ms. Lessig a dental hygienist license.

2. Kenneth Sasaki, RDH Paige McEvoy, RDH, MS recused from participation of this application and departed the meeting room. A motion was made, seconded and carried to grant Mr. Sasaki a dental hygienist license.

V.

ELECTION 1. Panel Chairperson A motion was made, seconded and carried to elect Thomas Pyne, DDS as Panel A Chairperson.

2. Panel Vice-Chairperson A motion was made, seconded and carried to elect Paige McEvoy, RDH, MS as Panel A Vice-Chairperson.

3. Continuing Education Reviewer A motion was made, seconded and carried to elect Paige McEvoy, RDH, MS as Panel A Continuing Education Reviewer.
