This has reference to the Government of India (GOI) Notification F.No. 4(16)-W&M/2016 dated October 20, 2016 and RBI circular IDMD.CDD.No.893/14.04.050/2016-17 dated October 20, 2016 announcing that the Sovereign Gold Bond Scheme 2016-17 – Series III will be open for subscription from October 24, 2016 to November 2, 2016. Further, Exchange vide circular (Download Ref No: NSE/CMTR/32779) dated July 08, 2016, has intimated trading members about receipt of approval from RBI to act as the Receiving Office for the Sovereign Gold Bond (SGB) Issuance. With an objective to facilitate orderly collection of bids through the Stock Exchange mechanism, an online bid collection facility shall be available to trading members on existing web based E-IPO platform. In the above context, it has been decided to share the commission earned by the Exchange with the trading members at the rate of 0.99% of the allotment value.
