Dear Community Arts Sponsor,
Once again, Chehalem Valley Dance Academy presents a full-‐length production of the holiday classic, The Nutcracker. This will be CVDA’s 4th annual holiday production to benefit local charities Love, INC., Faith In Action, and F.I.S.H. In our 3 years of putting on The Nutcracker, we have raised over $21,000. This year’s performances will be 2pm and 6:30pm on Saturday, December 14th, and 2pm on Sunday December 15th in the Newberg High School Auditorium. The CVDA staff, along with the Performing Company Booster Club (a non-‐profit organization) is coordinating efforts to raise funds to provide costuming, props, and sets for the performance that will be re-‐used for years to come. This year, we would like to purchase costumes for the Baby Flowers (5 and 6 year old dancers), Soldiers (the 7-‐11 year old dancers), and the Party Girls (ages 10 – 13). All sponsors will be acknowledged in the program and receive a gift receipt for tax records purposes. Please detach the form below & return it by November 15th with your tax-‐deductible donation.
