Circular Ref. No. : 284/2016 To All Members, Sub.: Extension of time for Submission of Annual Returns for the Financial Year 2015-16 This has reference to our Circular Ref. No. NSE/COMP/32830 dated July 18, 2016 regarding submission of Annual Returns for the year 2015-2016. Members are requested to note that the last date for submission of Annual Returns for the financial year 2015-16 is extended to 17th October, 2016 as the last date for filing of income-tax returns has been extended till 17th October, 2016 by CBDT vide its notification dated 9th September, 2016. Accordingly, all members who have not made submission are requested to ensure that they submit complete documents in the prescribed formats, as applicable, on or before 17th October, 2016 in order to avoid any late / non-submission charges as mentioned in our circular dated July 18, 2016.
