No. 197/2017 (Download Ref. No. NSE/CML/34317) dated March 03, 2017 regarding suspension of trading in Equity Shares for non-compliance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. As per SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/12/2015 dated November 30, 2015(Erstwhile circular no. CIR/MRD/DSA/31/2013 dated September 30, 2013), the time period of the mandated six months has been completed, the trading in the shares of the following non-compliant companies on Trade for Trade basis (Series “BZ”) on the first trading day of every week will be discontinued w.e.f.
