Circular Ref. No.: 10/2017 To all Members, Sub: Suspension of trading in Equity Shares of Ess Dee Aluminium Limited in accordance with SEBI circular dated November 30, 2015. Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/12/2015 dated November 30, 2015 with respect to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for suspension and revocation of trading of shares of listed entities for non-compliance of certain regulations of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015; it is hereby informed that trading in Equity Shares of Ess Dee Aluminium Limited will be suspended w.e.f January 27, 2017 in accordance with SEBI circular dated November 30, 2015 The entire promoter shareholding of Ess Dee Aluminium Limited shall be freezed w.e.f. January 04, 2017 till further notice. In case, Ess Dee Aluminium Limited complies with respective requirement/s on or before January 23, 2017 (five days before the proposed date of suspension), the trading in Equity Shares of the said companies will not be suspended. However, in case the aforesaid companies fail to comply with the provisions of SEBI circular dated November 30, 2015 on or before January 23, 2017 then: • Trading in the Equity Shares of the companies would be suspended w.e.f. January 27, 2017 and the suspension will continue till such time the Company complies including the payment of fine. • 15 days after suspension has been effected, trading in the shares of non-compliant companies would be allowed on Trade for Trade basis in (Series “BZ”) on the first trading day of every week for six months.
