No.: 0883/2016 To all Members, Sub : Suspension of trading in equity shares of Everonn Education Limited (EVERONN) In pursuance of regulation 3.1.2 of the National Stock Exchange (Capital Market) Trading Regulations Part A, it is hereby notified that equity shares of Everonn Education Limited will be suspended from trading with effect from November 04, 2016 (closing hours of trading on November 03, 2016) pursuant to order dated August 29, 2016 by the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Madras passed in C.P no. 375 of 2014 and C.P. no. 1135 & 1136 of 2014 on the recommendation of Official Liquidator attached to this court has been appointed as its Provisional Liquidator with the direction to take possession of all assets, as well as books, documents and records etc. This circular shall be effective from November 04, 2016.
