THE PARK-HUNTERSVILLE November The Management Office will be closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday on November 24th-25th.

Annual Food Drive supporting Angels and Sparrows Soup Kitchen begins on November 3rd through November 18th. All the food collected will go directly to Angels and Sparrows to support the need in our local community!

Please Join Us! The Lake Norman Economic Development Corporation and the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce would like to extend an invitation to you or your designee as a tenant of The Park Huntersville to attend a Transportation Briefing featuring the North Carolina Department of Transportation. They will be speaking on the planned improvements for the I-77 Exit 23 Bridge (Gilead Road) which is expected to take place in mid-2018. If your company is impacted by the exit 23 improvements, we would encourage you to attend. The briefing will take place Wednesday November 9th, from 10:00 to 10:50 a.m. at the Kemp Building located at 13801 Reese Boulevard, Suite 300. J. Scott Cole, the Deputy Division Engineer Division 10 with NCDOT and Huntersville Town Staff will highlight the planned improvements as they exist currently. The purpose of the briefing is to allow our Huntersville Companies to plan for the improvements. We do anticipate additional briefings as we move closer to the actual improvements. Food Trucks-Update The food trucks at the Reed Building will be finishing up the season the week of November 15th. However, Wingz and Wheelz will continue to visit the Alexander Building every Thursday from 11am2pm.

November 3-21, 2016 The Park—Huntersville is hosting our annual food drive supporting the Angels and Sparrows Soup Kitchen in an effort to knockout hunger. Collection bins are located in the lobbies of the Alexander, Kemp, Latta, Reed and Storrs Buildings. Please remember that food items in GLASS containers or items past their recommended expiration dates cannot be accepted.

All the food collected stays in the Huntersville area. For additional information or to schedule a pickup of donated items, please call Lori at 704-875-0100 or email [email protected]

Free BOOTCAMP Classes 

WHO: Everyone is invited to participate. Feel free to bring a friend! WHAT: Outdoor workouts that focus on strength, conditioning, core exercises, and flexibility. The workouts are appropriate for all ability levels– from the most fit to those of you who haven’t worked out in a while.



     

WHEN: Workouts will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 -6:30pm WHERE: Reed BUILDING (9920 Kincey Ave), Suite 210. HOW MUCH: The workouts are TOTALLY FREE and provided by Spectrum Properties and Elite Wellness OTHER THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW: Bring a water bottle, gym towel, and a great attitude. You’ll do exercises You’ve never done before, challenge yourself and others in a fun, motivating way. Come out, meet new people, and get a great workout in right after work!
