North Carolina High School to SPCC The North Carolina High School to Community College Articulation Agreement is an agreement between the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction and the North Carolina Community College System. NOTE: This list of articulated courses is for high school courses that begin July 1, 2012 or later. Until then, the 2005 articulation agreement is still in effect.
