Nitish & Sayan are landscape and adventure photographers from India. In the age of Instagram influencers and so-called travellers they are the old school Columbus trying to find the real zest of adventure. Nitish is a UI/UX designer by profession but a mountaineer by passion. He is not your street or festival photographer but the one who dares to take that shot by climbing 18,000 ft. His shots are those of cover pictures you see in Magazines. Sayan is a marketer by profession and an adventure consultant. From Antarctica to travelling to 50+ countries, he has seen it all. But again not your ‘to the regular photographer’, but the one who believes in climbing the 24,000 ft Trishul and  finally getting the shot.

Kanwar is a self-taught photographer from Chamba trying to relook at the output of daily life. Tarun is the traveller photographer shooting lots of wedding and drone shots. These two are our new age photographers who are doing good. Sankhu is a highest lever certified mountaineer in our nation and does rescue for India army. He treks mainly in Dhauladhar ranges and leads NotOnMap expeditions.

SEE THE MAGIC OF WATER, EARTH & SKY Learn landscape photography in theory and practice from the masters of the craft. These workshops will enable you to understand the principles and ideas involved in landscape photography and would help you put them to use in the field. Practice in some of the finest landscapes in the Chamba, mentored by the amazing Nitish Walia & sayan Nath.  All round 360-degree in-depth understanding of landscape photography – scouting, assessing the landscapes and moving from imagining to creating landscape images. Learn to play with your camera’s shutter speed, aperture, ISO image review and editing tips given by mentors.

ACTION AND ADVENTURE JUNKIES REJOICE! Get ready for a photography journey at H20 House with our faculty of adventure photographers and editors Sayan & Nitish. Work with the expert photographers and learn the art of shooting and scouting techniques which land their images in top publications.
 In this workshop, you’ll be exposed to  aspect of adventure photography, extreme location photography and outdoor sports photography to product and outdoor commercial photography.  The Adventure Workshop is for photographers of all ages and skill levels. Please note that this is only a theory based workshop that will teach you only the theory about adventure photography as  adventure photography requires extreme conditions to shoot but we are limited to only lectures .

FILTER GAME! GETTING STRONG! Learn how to research a location and the secrets behind finding those out of the way hidden gems that give you the edge. We will take a look at the basics of composition, how to construct an image using foreground interest, lead in lines, scale, colour and the use of the rule of thirds. The photographer's raw ingredient. We will look at understanding light, how its direction, colour and quality affect the finished photograph and how to add an element of control using filters. When and where to use filters, deciding which is the right filter for the subject and learning how to meter correctly when using graduated filters.
