1, Find yourself an old newspaper. I like to grab papers that have been used so I’m ryclling!

2, line up a load of bits of celotape so that you can easily grab one when your holding your rolled paper.

3, Lay one sheet on your table. Put it at an angel so the bottom points at you.

4, Take the corner between your thumb and finger. Roll it back and forth till you can get a solid roll going.

5, Once you have a solid base to roll from, keep your thumb and finger tight and roll!

6, keep the paper at the correct angel and continue rolling with pressure to keep it tight.

7, Move your rolling to the table when it gets to wide. Continue to keep it as tight as possible.

8, Once your at the end grab some tape and secure.

9, Repeat!

10, Stick and glue these tubes to create your own millinery madness! Enjoy.
