AIRFARE, LODGING AND MEALS Round trip to and from NYC Three nights at a Times Square Hotel including hot breakfast. All meals included. Students will be given funds for food. A group dinner is also included.

cost includes airfare, lodging, meals, airport transfers, ground

transportation, Broadway tickets, seminar and some site seeing. Space is limited. Count me in! My $500 deposit check (payable to EHS Thespians) is attached. (This deposit will be used to reserve the airfare and hotel payment, and is due by Friday November 16th). A second payment of $400 is due January 4th. (This payment will be used to book the shows). Final $300 payment will be due February 8, 2013 (This payment will be used for transport, meals, and per Diems). Please send me a complete trip application, health form and payment schedule. I understand that participation may be limited based on students seniority and first-deposit basis, and that my deposit will be refunded if there is no more space. I understand that I will need to participate in a group fund raising opportunity to cover additional costs.
