Herrick is an attorney in the Reno office where he focuses his practice in commercial litigation. Herrick has litigated complex contract disputes, mass tort and products liability claims, banking and employment matters, and discrimination lawsuits before both state and federal courts and at both the trial and appellate court levels. He clerked for Justice Deborah A. Agosti. He received his J.D. from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and his B.A. in political science from the University of Nevada, Reno. Moyeda is an associate in the Las Vegas office and focuses her practice in corporate and securities law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Legal Extern to the Honorable Jesus G. Bernal of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Moyeda received her J.D. from Cornell Law School, where she was a member of the Latin American Law Students Association and served as a general editor of the Cornell Journal of Law & Public Policy. Moyeda received her B.A. from the College of William & Mary.
