Defending Constitutional Rights in New Brunswick NB Water First Inc. Seeks Court Injunction New Brunswick Citizens protecting their right to clean air, clean water, their health and property and a future for their children are under siege by the government of NB. NB citizens have not been consulted nor have they given permission to the NB Government to allow leasing of their land for unconventional Shale Oil & Gas. It is the position of the concerned citizens of New Brunswick that unconventional Shale Oil & Gas operations will irreparably damage their environment now and for future generations. This concern is corroborated by numerous scientific studies of the unconventional Shale Oil & Gas industry elsewhere.
