To All Members Sub : Securities listed on Madras Stock Exchange Ltd. (MSE) available on Dissemination Board of NSE In continuation to our circular no. NSE/CML/28213 dated November 28, 2014 regarding placing of exclusively listed companies of MSE on Dissemination Board of NSE. MSE has forwarded 88 listed companies with them for being placed on the Dissemination Board of NSE. Members are requested to note that the companies mentioned in Annexure-I shall be available for buying and selling on Dissemination Board of National Stock Exchange with effect from March 27, 2015. Further the companies mentioned in Annexure-II are referred to concerned ROCs for initiating action for declaring them as “vanishing companies” under MCA guidelines by MSE. Hence, these companies shall be placed on Dissemination Board of National Stock Exchange with effect from March 27, 2015 and shall not be available for buying and selling on the Dissemination Board of the Exchange.
