Advertisement for Project Assistant Walk-in Interview for a temporary post of Project Assistant (ONE) to work under the research project funded by KIST, Korea and will be executed by NITK, India. Title of the Project: “Development of quaternary Ceria based catalyst for soot oxidation activity”. Name of the Post: Project Assistant Number of Posts: ONE Duration: 1 Year (can be extended each year depending on the performance/Funds) Emoluments: Rs. 20,000/- pm (consolidated) Qualifications: BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology & Material Science Engineering. Desirable: Minimum one-year research experience (as project assistant) in synthesis and characterization of metal oxides, basic knowledge on catalyst development. Co-authored at least one Scopus journal paper. Note: The post is purely temporary in nature. Initial contract shall be only for 1 year or until the end of the project. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. Selected candidate should be able to join within 30 days after receiving appointment letter.
