All the Project Officers of RVM (SSA) are here by informed that, as per requirement of the concerned Project Officers the following Computers, Software and other items were procured through APTS. The procured items are being delivered by successful vendors in respective MRCs.

The Project Officers shall inform MandaI Educational Officers to receive the above items and enter in stock register and utilize properly. Further they shall be informed that Inverters are being provided to all MRCs. If any MRCs already purchased Inverters earlier that can be shifted to CAL Schools in the same mandaI for utilizing Computers to Children. The Project Officers are informed that, during 2011-12 Computers were provided to CAL Schools and KGBVs. The available Computers are from HCL Company. If any problems arrases in functioning or any maintenance inform to Sri. V. Nageswara Rao, Hardware Engineer, Mobil No. 9866996619 or inform through mail.

The same may be informed to MEOs and CAL School HMs. Further it is informed that ICTESS training to CAL School teachers will be organized at Dr, MCR HRD lAP in the month of June 2013 and July 2013. In this regard @ 2 teachers from each district per spell shall be d~puted to Dr. MCR HRD as mentioned in annexure for computer training.
