1. India has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Madhya Pradesh Energy Efficiency Improvement Investment Program and it is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan to eligible payments under the contract named above. 2. The Madhya Pradesh Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Co. Ltd. (MPMKVVCL) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply of materials, survey, consumer indexing, installation, testing, and commissioning of 11KV feeders, installation of distribution transformers and associated L.T. works for separation of domestic and agricultural consumers in rural areas for completing balance work of Feeder Separation Project of Gwalior district on risk and cost basis after termination of contract awarded earlier. 3. International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB's SingleStage: Two-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries. 4.

5. Interested bidders may download the Bid Document from MPMKVVCL website www.mpcz.co.in. The Bidders should:
Pay a nonrefundable fee of Rs. 25,000 or US$380 by demand draft or banker's cheque payable to AO, (HOAU), MPMKVVCL, Bhopal (MP) India The Bidders may submit their proposal with downloaded Bid document along with Tender fee up to due date and time. Bidders may please note that hard copy of Bid Document will not be sold.
6. A pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 PM on 2 December 2015 at O/o MD Nishtha Parisar, Govindpura, Bhopal. 7.
Bidders must deliver their bids:
to the address above at or before 2.00 PM, on 28 December 2015 together with a Bid Security of the amount specified in the above table.
8. Technical Bid shall be opened at 3.00 PM on 28 December 2015 in the presence of bidders' representatives who chose to attend at the address above. Late bid will be rejected. 9. MPMKVVCL will not be responsible for costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with the delivery or preparation of bids.
