CHS student and guest attending Carlsbad High School dance/event must abide by the following regulations:        

Submit the completed form to the Assistant Principal’s office at least TWO DAYS PRIOR to the dance/event. CHS Student must enter and leave with their guest. Guest must show Drivers Licenses and/or Student ID card for admission to the dance/Event CHS students are responsible for the behavior and demeanor of their guests. CHS Students are responsible for all CHS behavior and dress code Rules. Each pass is verified for accuracy. Any forged signatures will result in forfeit of dance/event attendance by CHS student and guest. The CHS student may receive ineligibility at future events and/or suspension No admittance two hours after start of event The following are prohibited at school – sponsored dances: Sexually explicit dancing (i.e., freaking, grinding, etc.) and dancing which may result in disruption or injury (i.e., slamming, moshing, etc.) Any person removed from or not allowed into a dance by school supervision staff is NOT entitled to a refund.
