To monitor the quality and compliance to quality standards of training provided by accredited providers The monitoring of quality related activities requires a good understanding of the monitoring processes, applicable legislature, generating reports and presentation of information to stakeholders

SITE VISITS
Monitor training provided and the learning process followed by accredited training providers Conduct site visits to check compliance with license issued Monitor the database of registered assessors, moderators and verifiers is maintained by checking when registration expires and ensuring all the necessary amendments are made Ensure internal document flow, processes and procedures in the ETQA function comply with QMS requirements Monitor that the portfolio of evidence has been checked and verified Evaluate the validity of the registration status of assessors, moderators and verifiers Ensure qualifications and standard units are valid for all programmes funded by AgriSETA Identify gaps and make developmental recommendations for FET colleges and Training Providers e.g. capacity building, moderator training Provide advice to Training Providers on a joint implementation plan regarding gaps on QMS and learning material Recommend certification of learners based on achievement of all requirements Ensure accuracy of assessment records prior to final payment: verify learner numbers, drop-out numbers and validity of assessments Plan and conduct monitoring site visits Arrange that all panel members receive all relevant documentation and are thoroughly briefed Identify gaps for the prospective service providers and recommend
