TECHNICAL REGULATIONS The tournament will be played by FIDE Rules. Swiss system with 9 rounds. Time Control: 90 minutes with an increment of 30 seconds per move. Tie break criteria: 1. Direct encounter 2. The greater number of wins (white and black) 3. Sum of all Buchholz 4. Sonneborn-Berger Tournament arbiters will be selected by the Chief arbiter one month prior to the tournament. The Appeals Committee will be elected during the Technical Meeting before the tournament starts. All participating players accept to fully comply with the regulations of the tournament and the organizer.
