EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION We are asking that all owners provide a contact phone number so that a Board Member can contact the owner or a local representative of the owner, who has access to the home (key and alarm code), in case there is an emergency when the owner is not present. To respect the privacy of the owners, the contact information would not be given out, under any circumstances. In case of emergency, the designated Board Member would contact the appropriate person. Also, providing an email address would allow pertinent neighborhood information to be distributed.
