Travis Roll Call (above): Acceptance of Minutes: Mr. Mallery moved and Dr. Davis seconded to accept the minutes from the May 17th meeting, all members were in favor. New Business: Dr. Cuomo stated the leaning light pole by the tennis courts is scheduled to be fixed next Wednesday. Summer projects: Paving in front of the high school. Elementary Playground Fencing will be fixed, poles reset properly. Also the poles in one section of the fence at the baseball field. Upgrading all the exterior lights to LED, our Maintenance staff will complete. Bus Inspection will be here on July 13. Will be upgrading the Radio’s and Elk Lake Telephone system. Old Business: There was a lockdown in the Secondary on May 19, the dogs came through, there were a couple hits, but nothing was found. Other Items: There is a new sign on the building for Central Offices, the old sign was removed. Dr. Cuomo went to Wyoming County 911 for a presentation by the FBI on Active Shooter. They went over how everyone must work together and the order of response. The motto is “run, hide, fight the shooter”. Dr. Cuomo gave some of the statistics presented.
