1. Prompts -prompts are becoming a little bit predictable; we need to switch things up to keep the interest -randomize instrumentation and/or location of recording -Dong, Erin, Jordan, and Spencer’s friend are interested in being guest composers for prompts -we should start the prompt process earlier -use only one month’s worth of prompts in the prompt pool -order for September’s prompt: Michael, Sydney, Spencer

2. Four for Fall concert -Luis has said that the rehearsal schedule will be out soon -Spencer has approximately half of the composer bios -***new idea for programs: use a QR code for smartphones which either pulls up the program as a Word document or redirects people to the TNC website -alternate space in case of bad weather may be Steinhardt 303 or Spectrum

3. New members -at some point, we should have a TNC outing for new members (drinks?) -Michael will make another Google group for just artistic admin so Kevin and Luis aren’t bombarded with irrelevant emails -Leigh has formally declined TNC invitation to join the organization, but is still willing to help occasionally -Eric Meyer might be another person to fill the PR position -it would be nice to have more resident performers (specifically woodwind and brass)

4. Newsletter -in hiatus until we have an official PR person

5. Website -Still looks great…! -Brian may use some pictures we have for Facebook/Twitter/Youtube accounts -Kevin and Luis’s pages will become active shortly -would still like to include a map of TNC activities on website

6. Fundraising -upcoming concert venue (the park) will not allow us solicit any funds, but we CAN tell people to check out our website (which may or may not have a very obvious “DONATE NOW” page) -kick off a Kickstarter campaign soon? (but we need to have a very specific idea of what we’re fundraising for before kicking off) -host a cocktail hour or auction?

7. The future of TNC(!) -meetings will continue biweekly as needed (particularly before concerts); but afterwards, we will have meetings once a month -official bylaws need to be written at some point -WHAT ARE WE DOING IN NINE MONTHS?!
