RECLASSIFICATION OF THE CITY OF TAGBILARAN, TO TAKE EFFECT JULY 1, 1982, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 465,

Pursuant to Section 2 of Presidential Decree No. 465, the City of Tagbilaran is hereby reclassified from Second to First Class, to take effect July 1, 1982 on the basis of its average annual income of !5,049,122.95 actually realized during the last four (4) consecutive fiscal years (1978-1981), as certified by the Commission on Audit under letter dated June 9, 1982. Furthermore, pursuant to Section 3 of the aforementioned Presidential Decree, the City of Tagbilaran is hereby further sub-classified as First Class-B, to thke effect July 1, 1982, on the basis of the average annual income of P6,111,590.62 actually realized during the last two (2) consecutive calendar years (1980.1981), as certified also by the said Commission. The foregoing classification and sub-classification of the said city shall be the basis for determining the maximum amounts expendable for salaries and wages, representation allowances, administrative aids and other statutory contributions in the adoption of the annual budgets as well as the maximum salary rates of local government officials and employees in accordance with existing law and regulations.
