Meal Magic Account Creation Instructions This document will guide you through the process of creating a new Meal Magic account. It also includes instructions on how to add students to your account once it has been created. With a Meal Magic account, you will be able to view your student(s) current balance and purchasing history.

IMPORTANT! Before you begin you MUST have the following information available. Without all of the following information, you WILL NOT be able to complete this process. You will need: • • • •

A valid email address. The student’s School ID number. This is the same number they use to purchase lunch at school. The student’s Name. The student’s Birthdate.

Instructions 1. From the Alcona Schools webpage, locate a “Lunch Menu” navigation button. These can be found on the Alcona Schools, High School, and Elementary School homepages. 2. Mouse over the button, you should now see a link titled “Meal Magic Login.” Click on it. 3. You should be at the Meal Magic Login page. It should be asking you for an email and a password. To create a new account, click the “Sign Up” button. 4. It should now be asking you for an email address. Enter your email address and then click the “Create New Account” button. Once you have clicked the button, you will receive an email that contains your password. This password CANNOT be changed to something else, so please make sure to save the email that contains the password or write it down. If you forget the password, you can use the Request New Password button to get a new password. 5. Once you have received your password, you can use it to login to your account. 6. Once logged into your account, you will notice that there are no students available. To add a student, click the “Add Student” Button 7. You should be at a screen asking you for the student ID, First Name, Last Name, and Birthday. Enter that information now. When finished, click the “Add” Button. 8. If done correctly, you should now see your students name, their current balance, and a ”View History Button”
