Medical and BioScience Academy Fall  2015  Application  Instructions     Thank you for your interest in the Medical & BioScience Academy at Longmont High School! We are currently accepting applications from current 8th and 9th graders for Fall 2015 enrollment in the MBSA program. How To Apply Your application to the Medical & BioScience Academy will be considered after all application materials have been received. 1. Complete online application at http://bit.ly/MBSA2015 2. Transcripts may be emailed, faxed, mailed, or handdelivered to the Longmont High School Counseling Office.

Application Deadline: January 15, 2015 Complete applications (including transcripts) received by January 15, 2015 will receive priority consideration. After January 15th, applications will be accepted on a rolling admissions basis until all available spaces are filled. Admissions Decisions A selection committee will review your completed application. When an admissions decision has been reached, you will receive an acceptance or denial email/letter. Applicants who submit the required documents by the January 15th deadline will be sent notifications on or after February 2. If You Are Accepted If you are accepted, you can expect an official offer of admission by email that includes: • Instructions on how to confirm/decline your acceptance • How to confirm your enrollment at Longmont High School • Information about the MBSA orientation meeting in August Questions?
