We are so pleased you are here today. If you are a guest, we sincerely hope you will discover the worship inspiring, message meaningful, and our community engaging. As a community of faith and family we seek to love God, love others, and serve the world. We invite you to journey with us on this great endeavour.

Sunday, May 13, 2018

Sunday School (10:00-11:15 am) We desire to partner with you as you seek to raise your children in a community of faith and family. Our volunteers have completed the “Reducing the Risk” material and a Criminal Record Check. Here’s what’s available: Nursery (0-2 years old) ....................... Nursery Toddlers (2-4 years old) ...................... Rm 11 Jr/Sr Kindergarten (4-5 years old) ........ Rm 14 Grades 1-2 ......................................... Rm 15 Grades 3-4 ......................................... Rm 13 Grades 5-6 ......................................... Rm 12

Do you regularly have your creativity crippled, determination derailed, or satisfaction stolen? If so, you’ve been targeted by silencers. Silencers rob us from living out the promised “abundant life” (John 10:10). This series will identify these common thieves and present a Bible-based plan of self-defense. As you hear God’s voice, it is hoped you’ll find yours too. Worship Leaders: Dave Cliffe & Jon Swartz Mother’s Day Scripture: Ian, Sophie & Sydney Tysick Prayer: Scott Burton, Director of Student Ministries Family Dedications: The Brooks’, Pryde’s, Suarez’s Host: Dennis Crawford Speaker: Bill Thornton

Remember in Prayer

• Pray for Justus Miwanda as he manages a children’s school, dorm and medical centre in Uganda. • Pray that we would be a Christ-centred, intergenerational, loving community characterized by such qualities as forgiveness, integrity and respect. • Pray for the health concerns of Nell DeKryger (in palliative care). • Pray for John & Daisy Cross as they worship from home. • Pray for the Steering Team as members work through the next steps in our building program now that we have a building permit. May God grant discernment as they select a contractor and work with the fire deptartment on the expanded cistern. Keith & Karen Paul are pleased to announce the safe arrival of their grandson, Cole Michael Lungaro, born on May 10, 2018 weighing 7lbs 6oz. First child for (daughter) Vanessa & Mike.
