My resignation is effective immediately and contemporaneous with this written notice. I have greatly relished the opportunity to have served as a member of the Board of Directors and to have been of service to Gateway in its mission of service to the community. Unfortunately, the increasing demands of my work schedule has made it increasingly difficult to effectively serve as a member of the Board. I would like CompleteCare Health Network to have representation on Gateway's Board of Directors therefore; I'm recommending Richie Elwell, Executive VP of Business for CompleteCare as a future Board member.
